If you're going to take advice from anyone, it may as well be Dame Helen.
Everyone’s favourite Dame/Oscar-winning actress enjoyed the spotlight on a different stage recently - at New Orleans' Tulane University in the US - to deliver the ultimate motivational speech for graduates heading off into a big, troubled world.
In her commencement speech, Dame Helen spoke of the five rules she lives by to ensure a happy life, passing on her wisdom to the people before her. Number two is a killer!
